1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zbaas website at https://zbaas.app and all associated services, features, and content offered by zbaas ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and zbaas.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register for and use the zbaas Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• ▸You must be at least 21 years of age. Users under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing.
• ▸You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of use.
• ▸You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• ▸You may hold only one (1) active account on zbaas. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• ▸You must not be a zbaas employee, contractor, agent, or an immediate family member of any of the above.

3Account Registration and Security

Registration on zbaas is completed using your Bangladeshi mobile number as the primary identifier. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• ▸You must provide a valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number that is registered in your own name and linked to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.
• ▸You must not share your account login with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify zbaas support immediately.
• ▸zbaas reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
• ▸Accounts that show signs of automated access, scripting, or bot activity will be suspended immediately and any balances subject to review.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

zbaas supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• ▸The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. zbaas does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile money provider may apply its own fees.
• ▸Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. zbaas does not send funds to third-party accounts or alternative mobile numbers.
• ▸Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. zbaas reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• ▸Any funds deposited via a payment method that is later found to be fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised will be confiscated and the account closed. zbaas will cooperate with relevant authorities in such cases.
• ▸zbaas reserves the right to impose minimum withdrawal amounts, processing timeframes, and withdrawal limits per transaction or per day at its sole discretion, and these may be updated with notice.

5Bonuses and Promotions

zbaas offers a welcome bonus on first deposit and may run periodic promotions, tournaments, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• ▸Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically upon qualifying deposits. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• ▸Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Incomplete rollovers result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games on the zbaas Platform are provided by certified third-party game developers. zbaas does not alter, modify, or interfere with any game's RNG, RTP, or outcome mechanics. Users agree to the following gameplay conditions:

• ▸All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation except where a technical error attributable to zbaas has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• ▸In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or server error that affects a round in progress, zbaas's decision on the resolution of that round is final. Refunds or voids will be issued at zbaas's sole discretion.
• ▸Use of any external tool, software, AI, or algorithm designed to give an unfair advantage — including card counting tools, pattern-recognition bots, or automated betting scripts — is strictly prohibited.
• ▸Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, BCB, FIFA). In the event of a dispute, the official result stands regardless of live score updates shown during the event.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zbaas Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, balances withheld pending investigation, and may be permanently banned from the Platform:

• ▸Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• ▸Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or mobile number without their explicit written consent.
• ▸Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any criminal activity including fraud, identity theft, or tax evasion.
• ▸Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, matches, or tournaments hosted on the Platform.
• ▸Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward zbaas staff or other users through any support or communication channel.

8Account Suspension and Termination

zbaas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances under which this may occur include, but are not limited to:

• ▸Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• ▸Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after zbaas has issued a verification request.
• ▸A User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting zbaas support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the registered mobile wallet within a reasonable processing period.

9Responsible Gaming

zbaas is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all account holders with access to deposit limit tools, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. zbaas's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zbaas makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance periods and occasional unplanned outages may occur; zbaas will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

11Amendments to These Terms

zbaas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, zbaas will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered Users via SMS or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact zbaas support to seek an informal resolution. zbaas will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under mutually agreed procedures. Nothing in this clause limits zbaas's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
